The Winter's wizard controls the snow. The Winter Solstice is one of his favorite times of year because then he is capable of using more of his magic then ever.
** I'm not quite sure where this idea came from. I just felt like making it out of the blue. The Fractal I made myself in a separate layer (really proud of it hehehehe). The Wizard is in my stock photo's and the background was provided by my friend in Canada. The Moon and clouds were added via brushes I've made and the snow was added as well the same way. **
